when i met up raymond from MSP where they are the organizer for Robotcon , he told me the transmy fan club do particapate in this events, the founders are the wong's brother. On of them currently based in UK , and another based in KL , Mike Wong the founder of Transmy or known as "Monkticon" . For the people at begining might laugh at the name they came out , but then i was surprised and amazed how he able to come out with this name, and it took him the passion over collecting transformers toys over the years ,up to date , he had more than 1,200 collections.
I was lucky to invited by James, Owner of Toy-Workers over to his place at Subang Square for the transformers toys Pre-launch. And was amazed how they got the toys in before the market launched , basically is just benefited to the transmy fans. James himself even had all the latest 45 transformers collection which some not even pre-launch in market , Lukcy for him , but not his wife i think , wonder if he loves the robots more than his wife... wahaha. All the boxes inside filled up with Transformers , pre-sales jus for the transformers fans.
Supposingly the pre-sales of Transformers started at 9pm , but the Fans jus cant wait to meet their idiol , some came in just to see the crowds , some came in to mingle around , but you can differentiate who is the fans of transformers, when they walked out the door , hands at least filles wit more than 3 figures. And you can tell , most of them who bought the action figure mostly born from 80's , they bought it more for collections, and hardly , i can say not even single kids came into the shop.
James , owner of Toy Workers , me and co-founder of Transmy.com , Mike wong a.k.a "Monticon". You can always check on both james and MIke updated blog.

i think it really took the passion to start wit the transmy.com fan club for the wong's brothers, this give the chance for malaysian transformer lover a chance to get together, and also give all the people who born in 80's a sweet memory , well done Mike. :)
